Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) โ€” Hybrid Part Time

Pediatric Speech Lab | Waldorf, Maryland

Before you read further, weโ€™d love to ask you a few questions:
  • Are you feeling overwhelmed by productivity expectations that leave little room for quality clinical care?

  • Did your current role turn out to be more workload than support?

  • Do you feel like your clinical expertise isnโ€™t being fully heard or valued?

  • Are you searching for a workplace where collaboration matters more than caseload numbers?

  • Would you thrive in an environment where leadership listens and clinicians are treated as professionals โ€” not just providers?

If any of these resonate with you, Pediatric Speech Lab may be the right fit.

What if your work as a BCBA felt meaningful again?

At Pediatric Speech Lab, we believe clinicians should feel valued, supported, and fulfilled โ€” not overwhelmed by quotas or treated like a number on a schedule.

We are a small, multidisciplinary practice serving children and families across Maryland, including underserved and rural communities. Every child we serve matters โ€” and just as importantly, every clinician on our team matters too.

Here, you are not just a revenue generator.

Your clinical voice is heard
Your expertise is respected
Your work directly impacts families who truly need support

Our BCBAs play a central role in helping children with autism and behavioral needs achieve meaningful progress through collaboration with speech therapists, RBTs, and families.

We foster a workplace grounded in:

  • Autonomy

  • Transparency

  • Inclusivity

  • Clinical integrity

  • Respect for work-life balance
