Job Description:

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

POSITION: Lab Tutor in Esthetician (8:00am,12:00pm, or 5:00pm)

The candidate selected for this position will be a Lab Tutor for the Esthetician program.

Principal assignment: Mountain View Campus. Employment is with Chattahoochee Technical College, not with a specific campus.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: For your application to be considered complete, please submit the online application along with a cover letter, resume, and transcript (if applicable). Prior to hiring, candidates will undergo a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle records review, and employer/professional reference verification. After initial screening, additional documentation may be requested

POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is a part-time position based on a semester system. It is an open-ended announcement. Applications will be reviewed each semester. Responsibilities center on assisting all ESTH students with their lab work and coursework.

NOTE: Lab Tutor positions are part time positions of employment appointed on a per academic term basis. Therefore, your employment is limited and there is no expectation that your association with Chatt Tech will extend beyond this term.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of ESTH coursework through ESTH 1070

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Esthetician License

SALARY/BENEFITS: Salary--$15.00 per hour. There are no State Benefits.

RESPONSE DEADLINE: Open until the position is filled. Screening will begin immediately.
