Kitchen Supervisor

As a Kitchen Supervisor for Traditions Hospitality Group in our fast casual establishment, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and leading our culinary team to success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Enforce food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and health codes to uphold cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Assist with menu development, recipe standardization, and inventory management to optimize food quality and minimize waste.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to kitchen employees to enhance skills and foster teamwork.
  • Collaborate with management and front-of-house staff to meet guest expectations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment, report maintenance issues, and ensure proper operation to prevent disruptions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
  • ABLE liquor license preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
