Overview :
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in template authoring, form migration, and integrating customer communications within the insurance domain. This role involves working closely with Guidewire xCenters (Policy, Claim, Billing) and leveraging advanced configurations to deliver omni-channel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain SmartCOMM templates.
  • Perform template migration using Migration Studio.
  • Implement JavaScript and Java-based solutions for form automation and integration.
  • Integrate forms and communications with Guidewire xCenters (Policy, Claim, Billing).
  • Configure PostScript outputs and manage omni-channel communication settings.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand insurance workflows and requirements.
  • Support P&C insurance lines, including Personal Auto, Home, Umbrella, BOP, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, and General Liability.

Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM template authoring.
  • Strong knowledge of Migration Studio for form migration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming.
  • Experience with Guidewire xCenters (Policy, Claim, Billing) integration.
  • Familiarity with insurance data models, particularly in P&C lines of business.
