We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking Janitorial & Grounds Team Member to support the cleanliness, appearance, and day-to-day upkeep of our apartment community. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming by:

  • Cleaning common areas, hallways, offices, laundry rooms, and shared spaces
  • Picking up trash and maintaining exterior grounds and walkways
  • Assisting with vacant apartment clean-outs and unit preparation
  • Supporting lawn care and seasonal grounds upkeep
  • Monitoring property conditions and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assisting with light maintenance tasks and operational support as needed
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to perform physical work including lifting, walking, bending, and standing
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Committed to safety and attention to detail
Experience
  • Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but not required
  • We value strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
