About The Role

We're excited to welcome Part-Time Customer Care Representatives to our team, starting September 28th, 2026.

This onsite opportunity at our West Valley City, Utah office is a great fit for individuals looking for a consistent part-time schedule with flexibility to accommodate other commitments. Team members will work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with multiple 4-hour and 5-hour shift options available throughout the day.

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You'll receive the tools and training needed to be successful while gaining valuable experience with PrePass.

For those interested in growing their career with us, there may also be opportunities to move into full-time positions in the future as openings become available and performance expectations are met.

Training Schedule

All new team members will complete three weeks of onsite training to help prepare them for success in the role.

  • Training Length: 3 weeks
  • Training Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Training Hours: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Training Location: West Valley City, Utah office

Candidates must be available to attend the full training schedule beginning September 28th, 2026.

Available Schedules

Following training, we offer several part-time schedule options designed to provide flexibility while supporting our customer needs.

4-Hour Shifts
  • 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
5-Hour Shifts
  • 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Final schedules will be determined based on availability and business needs.

Pay and Incentives
  • Base Pay: $21.00 per hour
What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and assisting customers with questions and requests.
  • Gather information, identify customer needs, and work toward timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional, and helpful communication.
  • Reference online manuals, resources, and internal tools to resolve customer questions effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and leaders through Microsoft Teams and other internal communication tools.
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

About You
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Available to start September 21, 2026 and attend the full three-week training schedule from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, personable, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working onsite at our West Valley City, Utah office.
