What You'll Do As an IT Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting business technology and helping employees across the organization. This role offers exposure to a wide range of IT systems, tools, and projects, including:
  • Providing technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
  • Assisting with computer setup, deployment, imaging, and inventory management
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Helping manage user accounts, permissions, and device configurations
  • Participating in cybersecurity initiatives, device security, and user awareness activities
  • Assisting with business applications such as VitalEdge IntelliDealer, Salesforce, and other operational systems
  • Creating technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles
  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware
  • Supporting IT projects involving automation, reporting, process improvement, and emerging technologies
  • Assisting with technology deployments and upgrades across company locations

What You Bring
