In this role, you’ll support our Help Desk team with day-to-day technical assistance, gaining real-world experience in resolving issues and helping keep our IT systems running smoothly. Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist the Help Desk team in responding to internal user requests for technical support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Help identify and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Log and update user issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist users with routine software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, helping set up IT systems and accounts.
  • Help maintain inventory records of IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and share ideas to improve processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Stay current with the latest technology trends and IT best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or a relevant post-secondary program, required
  • No prior professional experience is required — a willingness to learn is a must!
  • Basic familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
