We are currently seeking a Part-time Cook at our Houston - Buffalo Speedway community. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of meals with a high-quality presentation. Prepare meals according to approved recipes and preparation guides. Assist with sanitation of the food service areas and the receiving and inventory of supplies and products. Maintains a safe, sanitary environment and follows regulatory guidelines. The Cook reports directly to our Executive Chef who oversees day to day operations of the community's Food amp; Beverage department.

  • Be able to style, quality and timeliness of meal service.
  • Make sure to keep the kitchen and service areas clean.
  • Meal presentation (appealing plate, entrée availability and timeliness of preparation).
