Baseball Lifestyle 101 is a growing apparel company located in Farmingdale, New York. We pride ourselves on the community that we have built and the clothing that represents baseball fanatics everywhere. We believe the team we build today is the foundation for our future success.
This position is for our retail store in KOP Mall and is a part-time position. The Key Holder supports the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in overseeing store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store meets company standards.
The Key Holder is responsible for the following:
  • Opening and closing assigned retail location(s).
  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
  • Maintain backstock in a neat, clean and organized manner.
  • Delegate responsibilities to retail associates during scheduled shifts.
  • Supervise, train, and guide staff towards maximum performance.
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation.
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
  • Ensure the store fulfills all safety guidelines, including securely opening and closing the retail location based on standard procedure.
  • Complete opening and closing store checklists.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
