Job description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent Scheduler to join our team 20hr/wk and assist with coordinating and managing travel arrangements for clients.


The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working with a travel agency and a strong background in travel scheduling, itinerary coordination, client communication, and managing multiple reservations and deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage flight, hotel, transportation, and other travel reservations
  • Monitor changes, cancellations, and travel updates
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and confirmed
  • Provide timely support and solutions when travel issues arise
  • Maintain organized records of reservations and client information


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with a travel agency
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking and scheduling processes
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and travel arrangements simultaneously
