We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support client intake, clinical compliance, caregiver competency oversight, and ongoing client management on an as-needed basis.
This role provides flexible scheduling based on client volume and agency needs.
This is not a bedside hospital position.

Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Assessments
โ€ข Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (in-home or virtual)
โ€ข Evaluate client needs, risks, and service appropriateness
โ€ข Develop, review, and update individualized care plans
Compliance & Clinical Oversight
โ€ข Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations
โ€ข Support documentation standards and audit readiness
โ€ข Participate in surveys and quality improvement activities
Caregiver Competency & Training
โ€ข Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments
โ€ข Review and sign off on required documentation
โ€ข Provide clinical guidance to caregivers and CNAs
Clinical Support

Required Qualifications
