Job description

The Morning Intake Coordinator is responsible for initiating the daily intake workflow, organizing incoming referrals, tracking documentation, and scheduling client meet-and-greets. This role serves as the central point for operations, forms processing, and intake system administration to ensure a smooth transition for clients into services.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท - Log all new referrals in the intake tracker or CRM system.

ยท - Check and organize incoming forms (ISP).

ยท - Schedule intake meetings with families and the CBS team.

ยท - Coordinate availability with CBS Director and DSP Supervisor.

ยท - Answer agency phones and route intake-related inquiries.

ยท - Prepare documentation folders and digital files for new clients.

ยท - Maintain clear handoff documentation for the afternoon and evening intake staff.

Qualifications:

ยท - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

ยท - Experience in intake, case management, or healthcare admin preferred.

ยท - Ability to communicate clearly with staff and families.

ยท - Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRMs, or shared trackers.
