Overview:
As our firm expands, we're seeking seasoned and entrepreneurial-minded Personal Injury Attorneys to help lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity for solo practitioners or small firm owners with an existing caseload to join a growing, multi-state firm while maintaining autonomy and gaining access to firm resources, infrastructure, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Advocacy: Provide top-tier legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.
  • Caseload Management: Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution with a strong focus on client service and results.
  • Legal Strategy: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies tailored to your state's personal injury law.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our multi-disciplinary team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
  • Practice Growth: Participate in our market development-leverage your network while utilizing our business development resources.
  • Community Involvement: Build visibility through outreach, local engagement, and participation in legal and community events.

Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan Bar.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • An existing caseload or client base.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative.

Compensation Range:
$150,000-$200,000 USD
Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
