Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing, elite personal injury law firm, is looking for an Intake Specialist to join our growing team!


Our Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. If you're outgoing, great on the phone, and take pride in helping people, this is the job for you!

This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or customer service-oriented professionals looking to gain experience in the legal industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients;
  • Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients;
  • Collect appropriate information and provide concise fact summaries, both written and verbal;
  • Collaborate with attorneys at every level of the Firm to discuss case summaries;
  • Input and track appropriate data into CRM system;
  • Sign up new clients and handle all new case documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish;
  • Sales experience preferred;
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Strong multi-tasking skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Reliable internet connection;
  • Previous work in a law firm a plus;
  • College degree preferred, not required.
