Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for a Part Time Receptionist for our busy Tinley Park showroom.

Position Hours: 3:30pm - 8pm, variable weeknights and every other Saturday - we are always closed on Sundays!

Receptionists are key members of our team and usually the first person a customer interacts with at our dealership! We are looking for energetic and outgoing team members to greet and direct customers as they walk in the door and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and track all incoming calls and visitors.
  • Professionally communicate with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Receipt various forms of payment.
  • Data Entry for Inventory Management.
  • Daily sales reporting.

We are looking for some one who:

  • Is able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Has customer service experience
  • Automotive dealership experience is preferred
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
