Job description

Carelinks ABA is growing, and we’re looking for BCBAs (both P/T and F/T) who genuinely care about doing meaningful work with kids and families! Our approach is simple: be supportive, be reliable, communicate clearly, and put the child’s needs at the center of everything. If you’re the type of clinician who takes pride in doing things the right way and brings a calm, steady presence to your team, you’ll feel right at home here!

We provide child-led, individualized ABA services in homes and community settings, with flexibility built into the role so you can work in a way that fits your life while still giving families the consistency they deserve.

As a BCBA with Carelinks, you’ll oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and partner with families to create meaningful, practical change. We keep systems organized and communication clear so you can focus on what matters most — clinical care that feels human and supportive.
What You'll Do
  • Complete FBAs and skills assessments
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Review data and adjust programming as needed
  • Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
  • Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
  • Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
  • Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)
What We're Looking For
  • The desire to change lives!
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
  • Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions
Preferred:
  • In-home ABA experience
  • Familiarity with naturalistic/NDBI approaches
  • Bilingual abilities
  • CentralReach experience
What We Offer
  • Flexible Scheduling & Caseload Autonomy
  • Build a caseload that fits your preferred workload
  • Flexibility in how you structure your day
  • Options for in-home, community, and hybrid services
  • Supportive, Responsive Leadership
  • Leadership that is easy to reach and quick to help
  • Collaborative, no-micromanagement environment
  • Clear communication and consistent follow-through
  • Professional Development & Growth
  • Ongoing clinical training and support
  • Opportunities to take on projects or expanded roles
  • CEU and skill-building opportunities
We want our clinicians to feel supported both at work and at home, and therefore offer full-time employees:
