ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a customer service team member, you are tasked with providing an exceptional customer experience through phone calls and walk-ins at my Raleigh office on Six Forks. You will assist the sales team with scheduling, calls and work with the Agent on follow ups and special projects to help grow the business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people is a requirement for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Desire to learn the business

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
