Create short-form content that actually stops the scroll, drives engagement, and grows an audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit 5–10 short-form videos per week (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Add subtitles, pacing, cuts, and basic effects
  • Help develop hooks, captions, and posting strategy
  • Identify trends and adapt them to our style (no copy-paste content)
  • Manage posting (optional but preferred)
  • Optimize content for performance (retention, engagement)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in social media & content creation
  • Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Understanding of short-form video (hooks, pacing, storytelling)

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Based in Miami (or able to join shoots regularly)

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing TikTok / Instagram accounts
  • Basic understanding of analytics & performance tracking
  • Creative mindset – not afraid to test ideas
  • Interest in entrepreneurship / business content

What You’ll Get

  • Direct experience building a real personal brand
  • Creative freedom (we actually want your ideas)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity to grow into a bigger role as the brand scales
  • Exposure to content, marketing, and startup thinking

How to Apply

Send:

  • (Optional) Your own social media accounts
