The subscription-based service eliminates the stress of remembering when to change filters in the home to maintain healthy air and drinking water. With just a few clicks via its modern e-commerce design, customers are set up to receive their filters on-time, when it’s time to change them - never having to think about it again. We are seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to support the day-to-day technology needs of our air filter manufacturing operations. This role ensures our production floor, office staff, and warehouse teams can work efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.


Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for employees (hardware, software, network issues).
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and update PCs, printers, scanners, and label printers used in production and shipping.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and device setups in Jump cloud, Google, AWS, and WMS
  • Monitor and maintain basic network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, cabling).
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching on systems and equipment.
  • Document common procedures, troubleshooting steps, and equipment inventory.
  • Support IT-related projects

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Apple devices, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing IT environments (ERP systems, production devices, barcoding/labeling) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support both office and production environments.

Schedule

  • Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
  • Occasional on-call support for production-critical issues.

Pay
