  • Troubleshoot printer and network connection issues
  • Assist with new employee workstation and technology setup
  • Maintain an organized inventory of computers, equipment, and other IT assets
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and recurring problems

  • Assist with software updates and other routine technology maintenance
  • Support basic cybersecurity practices and immediately escalate potential security concerns
  • Assist the COO with ITrelated projects and system implementations as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Credit Union, employee, and member information
  • Perform other technologyrelated duties and projects as assigned
  • Qualifications
  • Previous IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar technical experience preferred

  • Ability to learn and support multiple software platforms
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to nontechnical employees
  • Strong organization and followthrough

ABD Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
