Job description

Description
The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.
Expectations
  • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
  • Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
  • Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Always maintain professional disposition
  • Sell retail products
  • Schedule member services: tanning, hydro-massage, etc.
  • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
  • Know club facility, services, and schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
  • Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Requirements
  • Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
  • Experience working with children
  • Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements
  • Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
  • Stand, bend and squat with frequency
  • Climb and hang decorations when needed

  • All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). This requirement is in place to ensure that all employees have the basic level of education necessary to perform the duties of their roles effectively.
  • To be eligible for employment at Fitness Ventures LLC applicants must be at least 18 years of age. This policy ensures compliance with applicable laws and helps maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements and maintain their eligibility to work in the United States throughout their employment. If an applicant's eligibility changes at any time, the applicant must notify Fitness Ventures LLC immediately. Applicants must also provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification.
