Job description

Local HAC Contractor is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Spring / Summer busy season | April - September.

Customer Service Representative - Part Time | $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 10:00am - 3:00pm ** Part Time

Duration: April through September

Location: North Dallas

Job Overview:

  • In-office position, not call center
  • Answering incoming calls, this position is first on the phones
  • Scheduling service calls / supporting our excellent Dispatcher
  • Scheduling annual maintenance for customers
  • Keeping customer database up to date
  • Providing backup support to other office functions

Skills We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years of customer service in an office setting or combination of education and experience
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with service technicians and customers
  • CRM data base experience - Service Titan experience a plus!
  • Construction/ HVAC / Plumbing or similar service industry experience a plus!
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
