American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Knoxville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Knoxville, Maryville, Centerline, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City and Morristown locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.

Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are setting an appointment with homeowners for a FREE water test. Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities:
  • Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
  • Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
  • Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
  • Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
  • Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
  • Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations
