ADAMS Radiant Hearts Academy is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Manager to support the daily operations of our school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, families, and staff while helping maintain an efficient and welcoming school environment.

Position Summary

The Office Manager serves as a key point of contact for students, families, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily student arrival and dismissal procedures.
  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for families, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist with field trips, transportation logistics, school events, and special programs.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and inventory of school supplies.
  • Monitor supply levels and coordinate purchasing needs with school leadership.
