Job Summary:
As an In-Home Care Provider, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will provide a range of non-medical and personal care services-from companionship and daily support to end-of-life care-tailored to meet each client's unique needs with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Requirements
o Must be at least 18 years of age.
o High school diploma or GED.
o Current Oregon Driver's license and auto insurance
  • Pass a state required background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to complete the demands of the job.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
  • Support clients with personal care and hygiene.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
  • Assist clients with shopping and errands.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment properly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA protocol.
