Part-Time In-Home Sales Representative (1099)
Baths By Design – Family Owned & Operated
Earn $3,000–$10,000+ per month (Part-Time)
Baths By Design is looking for an experienced Part-Time In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners interested in shower and bath remodeling. We are a family-owned company that believes in honesty, integrity, and putting our customers first. We are not a high-pressure sales organization.
Compensation
  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • 10% commission on all sales
  • 50% paid at contract signing
  • 50% paid after installation
  • Expected earnings: $3,000–$10,000+ per month, based on approximately a 30% closing ratio
What We Provide
  • 1–5 qualified residential appointments per week (more if you desire / available)
  • Sales, product and materials training
  • A company committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous Home Improvement Sales experience is required
  • The ability to utilize a tape measure and have some experience in construction
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Own laptop and cell phone
  • Self-motivated with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
  • Professional, coachable, and dependable, comfortable working independently
  • Ability to work 2 Saturday mornings per month (No Sunday appointments)
