Job description

We are looking for a part-time, reliable, and experienced Front Desk Support Staff member for a busy Psychiatric Specialty Outpatient Clinic.

  • Part-time, in-person position (approximately 30- 35 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM/8:00 PM
  • Location: York County
  • Starting hourly rate is $15.00/hr

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls as needed
    • Schedule/Reschedule/Cancel client appointments in EHR system
    • Check Client's in for their appointments
    • Check out client's after their appointments
    • Verifying funding sources and referral types
    • Coordinating services with other departments
    • Perform all other office tasks, as assigned

    Education Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 6 months of experience in an office setting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish and English
