Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time In-House Cleaner to help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and can consistently maintain high cleanliness standards in an office and industrial setting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout office, common, restroom, kitchen, and light manufacturing areas (approximately 6,000 sq. ft.)
  • Perform daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, offices, and shared spaces
  • Restock restroom and kitchen consumables as needed
  • Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks including vents, blinds, baseboards, windows, and upholstered furniture
  • Maintain organized and professional appearance of entrances and common areas
  • Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to management
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment
  • Notify management of maintenance or supply needs
  • Follow company safety and cleanliness procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • Experience cleaning office, commercial, or light industrial facilities preferred
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent cleaning standards
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse/manufacturing environments
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
