Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time in-home ABA therapy opportunity in Norfolk, VA 23508.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT who is passionate about helping children with autism build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy.

Position Responsibilities
โข Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client's home
โข Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
โข Collect and record session data accurately
โข Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
โข Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
โข Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
โข Complete documentation accurately and on time
Availability Requirements
Candidates must have availability for the following schedule:
โข Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Services are currently scheduled during these times; however, schedules are subject to change based on client needs, staffing needs, authorizations, cancellations, and operational considerations.
Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.
Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements
โข Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
โข Previous ABA experience required
โข Must be comfortable providing services in-home
โข Reliable transportation required
