The Part-Time In-Store Beverage Merchandiser is responsible for supporting beverage sales by ensuring Pepsi Cola Manhattan products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, clean, and visually appealing in retail stores. This role works inside assigned grocery, convenience, or mass-merchandise accounts and helps maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
Product Stocking & Rotation
  • Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and end caps with Pepsi beverages
  • Rotate product using FIFO (first in, first out) to ensure freshness
  • Refill and organize backroom inventory when needed
Merchandising
  • Build, maintain, and refresh displays following brand standards and store guidelines
  • Ensure all products are front-facing, priced, and signed correctly
  • Remove damaged or out-of-date products
Store Communication
  • Interact with store managers and department leads to confirm product needs, discuss display opportunities, and resolve issues
  • Communicate low inventory, out-of-stocks, or store requests to the route sales representative or supervisor
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow proper lifting techniques and all safety guidelines
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including coolers and stock rooms
