POSITION We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as an In-House Long-Term Substitute Teacher.

This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on student learning while supporting our core teaching staff. The In-House Long-Term Substitute Teacher will work on an as-needed/per-project basis depending on staff vacancies and/or absences. Strong organization and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with short deadlines, and solve problems effectively. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Strong work ethic and go-getter attitude. Ability to interpret technical terms, write clear and concise internal and external communications, and communicate information clearly. Knowledge of public education and charter school movement, preferred.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. Substitute permit or higher in the corresponding field or willingness to seek permit/credentialing if not already credentialed. 1+ years of experience working at school sites or experience working with children/youth, preferred.

Strong classroom management skills and ability to build rapport with students. Demonstrated mastery of subject matter. Flexibility and adaptability to handle various grade levels and subject areas.

Ability to follow established routines and procedures. Previous experience in charter schools, preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Occasional lifting of objects up to twenty pounds. Ability to access and navigate various facilities within the organization. Requirements / Qualifications Unwavering commitment to the organization, its mission, and core values.
