Internet Brands is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Operations Intern to support our team! This part-time role will report directly to the HR and Recruiting Operations Lead and provide hands-on experience in both HR administration and recruiting coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the inner workings of HR and Talent Acquisition at a fast-paced, tech-driven company.
What You'll Do:
- Support day-to-day HR and recruiting operations, including process documentation, data entry, and file management.
- Assist with new hire onboarding tasks such as preparing paperwork, updating checklists, and coordinating with IT for equipment and access.
- Help source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our ATS (Jobvite).
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars across hiring teams and candidates.
- Conduct research and assist with projects related to process improvement, DEI, and recruitment marketing.
- Help maintain recruiting and HR reports and trackers.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed.
