Are you seeking professional growth with a leading manufacturing company in Denver, CO? Spherion Staffing is partnering with an innovative industry leader to find an enthusiastic Part-Time HR Assistant. You will support daily plant operations in a cheerful, collaborative environment with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR policies.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, manage accurate employee records, and oversee orientation paperwork in the HRIS.
  • Support plant operations by tracking safety training certifications and assisting with OSHA regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics, schedule candidate interviews, and assist with employee engagement events.
  • Partner with management to ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll processing, and performance documentation.


Skills Needed:

  • Strong HRIS proficiency, data entry skills, and experience with MS Office and payroll software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all staff levels.
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
  • Process-oriented mindset paired with sharp critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of Colorado employment laws and basic HR compliance regulations.
