Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Part-Time HR Manager to oversee and support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, improving processes, and supporting employees across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer benefits programs and support open enrollment activities
  • Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy in HRIS systems
  • Maintain employee records, policies, and HR documentation
  • Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and interview coordination
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements and best practices
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Manager or HR Generalist level)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and employee engagement skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
