As a member of Housekeeping, you are essential to delivering an exceptional guest and member experience. You will ensure that the club maintains its pristine presentation, cleanliness, and aesthetic excellence-hallmarks of the Remedy Place identity. The work you do behind the scenes directly impacts every member and guest interaction, making you a vital part of our day-to-day operations and overall success.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibilities include maintaining the club's cleanliness, resetting spaces between services, and ensuring all areas meet Remedy Place's luxury standards:
Facility Maintenance + Housekeeping
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Launder and replenish towels, robes, and other club linens.
  • Deep clean designated areas regularly to maintain the club's luxury standards.
  • Clean, disinfect, and organize cleaning equipment after each shift.

Service Turnover
  • Reset and prepare service spaces (e.g., treatment rooms, lounges) between guest uses.
  • Ensure tools and equipment in practitioner spaces are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
  • Assist with the setup of amenities such as water, towels, and other items for services.

Team Collaboration + Reporting
  • Complete all assigned opening, mid-shift, and closing checklist tasks.
  • Report any cases of property damage, lost and found items, or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless club operations.

Guest Experience
  • Ensure every space in the club is inviting, spotless, and ready to provide a world-class experience for our members and guests.
  • Approach each task with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset to support exceptional service.
