Key Responsibilities for the Part-Time Hotel Bartender include:
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and customer requests.
  • Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
  • Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and pairings.
  • Suggest drinks based on customer preferences.
  • Greet customers and take orders efficiently.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
  • Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system.
  • Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing.
  • Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.
  • Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.
  • Ensure the bar area is organized and tidy.
  • Dispose of trash and follow health and safety regulations.

What We Are Looking for in a Part-Time Hotel Bartender:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service is advantageous.
