Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Part-time Hotel Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for taking care of our hotel's infrastructure as well as completing repair projects.

As the Hotel Engineer, you should have experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. You must be organized and committed to meeting health and safety standards at all times.

Your primary goal is to ensure our hotel is safe and functional for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards

Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas

Undertake repair and maintenance projects without disturbing guests

Communicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolution

Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Maintain activity logs

Qualifications
