Job description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as first point of contact for dine in guests; Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival
  • Manage flow of incoming guests, efficiently helping guests with needs and directing as needed
  • Utilize table manager system to coordinate accurate seating throughout the restaurant, reservations and wait times
  • Receive incoming calls, take reservations and assist with answering guest questions in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Maintain clean and orderly hostess area.
  • Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures
  • Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
