Job Overview

Position Type: Part-Time - Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will:

  • Oversee the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their life stages, while managing operational matters during their shift.
  • Deliver clinical care as required based on patient census demands.
  • Effectively communicate patient care updates, departmental challenges, and staff concerns to the relevant leadership.
  • Act as a resource for staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications

Essential Education:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

  • Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or possess an NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is advantageous.
