We are looking for a P/T Barista Associate who embodies these qualities and is ready to take our accounting area to the next level.
Cloverkey is a national gift shop management firm known for delivering exceptional retail and café experiences in healthcare environments. In addition to operating The Eastside Café, Cloverkey also manages the hospital gift shop, providing a consistent, high-quality experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
We are thrilled to open The Eastside Café at Piedmont Eastside Hospital and invite enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team!
Coffee Shop Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6:30AM - 7:00PM
Saturday-Sunday: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
Scheduled Hours:
22 - 25 hours /week
Required Occupational Health Testing (at not cost to employee):
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen (10-panel): Must be completed within 60 days prior to start date
  • Immunization Records (as listed below):
    • Tdap: Highly recommended; one dose within the past ten (10) years
    • MMR: Proof of immunity by positive antibody titer or documentation of two (2) MMR doses
    • Varicella: Proof of immunity by positive antibody titer or documentation of two (2) Varicella doses
    • Tuberculosis Screening: QuantiFERON-Gold TB blood test

Position Overview:
As a Barista, you will be the heart of The Eastside Café, creating a welcoming environment and providing outstanding service to every guest. This role combines the art of coffee preparation with excellent customer engagement and maintaining a clean, organized café space.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso, and other beverages according to Cloverkey quality standards.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including café equipment and customer areas.
  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
  • Restock supplies, ingredients, and products as needed throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with the café and gift shop team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hospital regulations.
