Job description


Works under the direction of the Hospice Director and Hospice RN's and is responsible for providing personal care assistance to Hospice patients.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED required. Successful completion of nursing assistant course.
  • Must have current CNA certification status.
  • Previous work as CNA either in Home Care, Hospital, or Hospice preferred.
  • BLS certification maintained.

Screening Requirements:
  • Drug Screen
  • Tuberculosis Test
  • Background Check
  • Physical Exam
  • Respirator Fit
