Job description

After Hours On Call Triage Visit RN - Weekends | We are looking for someone to be available to be on-call outside of normal business hours to take calls for our hospice department and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need to our patients in their home setting.
Hours: This position is considered part-time and will be on-call, generally from 8:00am Saturday to 8:00am Monday.

A few Must-haves for this position:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in the state of MN. License is active and in good standing.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
  • CPR Certification
  • One (1) year of hospice experience preferred.
  • Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
