  • Pay Range: $80,000 to $95,000

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring an experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead our Independence hospice team. This role is responsible for driving operations, supporting clinical leaders, and ensuring patients and families receive high quality, compassionate care.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee day to day operations of the hospice program
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Lead and support clinical and administrative staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Drive quality improvement and performance initiatives
  • Manage department performance, operations, and outcomes
  • Support growth and community awareness of hospice services

What You Need
  • Active Missouri or Compact RN license
