Job Description:
At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Funding Services Representative is responsible for handling outbound and inbound funding request calls and processing loan funding requests. In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing and processing loan documentation while ensuring compliance with the Bank's polices and controls.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Processes loan documents, loan document requests, and voids & reissues loan documents
  • Processes loan application withdrawal requests
  • Reviews signed loan documentation and opens the borrower's loan
  • Processes loan funding requests
  • Handles Funding Management System (FMS) outbound and inbound funding request calls
  • Works under general supervision ensuring the Bank's procedures and controls are followed

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
