You work with physicians and healthcare teams to provide treatment and evaluate the patient as needed. You also monitor their psychological, cognitive, psychosocial, and cultural-spiritual status and complete relevant assessments. These competencies are vital to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care in diverse home settings while meeting regulatory standards.
