We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position(s):
Home Health Nurse - RN PRN in the Clermont area (34711)

  • Job Description: As a home health nurse – RN, your responsibilities will be to assess patients’ condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, provide supervision and competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA/HHAs as needed, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient’s quality of life.
  • Job Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and possess at least an associate’s degree in nursing from an industry-accredited institution; Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. https://info.flclearinghouse.com Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.  Current FL State RN license is required.
