Maxicare Select, a Legacy Care Partners, Inc company, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Palm Beach County, Florida. We provide Nursing, Therapy, and Aide services to Worker's Compensation Insurance and Private Duty patients. Maxicare Select was established in 2004 and is licensed in Miami -Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. Job Summary:
This is a Per-Diem position for an individual who is passionate about providing quality home health care (home visits) to patients in need. As an RN in our Home Health department, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating the care of patients in their homes. Flexibility to drive throughout Broward County, Dade County and Palm Beach County is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments (NO OASIS ASSESSMENTS!) of patients' health status to determine their specific needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV infusions, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and medication regimen
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide coordinated and holistic care to patients
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
- Coordinate and communicate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations, professional standards, and Maxicare Select's policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Qualifications:
- Valid and current RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of home health or related experience
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
