About the Role:
Le' Feather Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in Scott, Little Rock, Pine Bluff, El Dorado, Monticello, Cabot and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
  • Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
