Job description

VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time or part time Case Manager roles.
Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 32 - 40 hours from 8a-4:30p.
Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules.
Territory: Randolph, Hingham, Cohasset, Scituate, Marshfield, Bridgewater, Norwell. Hull, Braintree
Company Benefits start on day 1, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Enjoy three weeks of paid time off, six paid holidays, six floating holidays to use whenever you want. Competitive compensation paid bi-weekly with reimbursement for mileage. Benefits are available for schedules of 20 hours or more, per week, and pro-rated.
Training: We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. VNA Care believes in an ongoing supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
  • Good standing MA RN License
  • 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful
  • Willingness to travel within a territory.
